This book was something I looked forward to reading, after reading the first one with Sutton and Mia。 It’s a classic tale of an oblivious character falling into something that they would end up wanting for real。 And obviously they both end up being idiots at the end when they don’t know what the other wants。 But, that’s what makes the story so lovable。 The characters both pulling their heads from outer space and finding what they want in front of their noses。 (I mean, wouldn’t be a good story wi This book was something I looked forward to reading, after reading the first one with Sutton and Mia。 It’s a classic tale of an oblivious character falling into something that they would end up wanting for real。 And obviously they both end up being idiots at the end when they don’t know what the other wants。 But, that’s what makes the story so lovable。 The characters both pulling their heads from outer space and finding what they want in front of their noses。 (I mean, wouldn’t be a good story without that would it?) This was such a cute, fake relationship, slow burn YA romance。 I fell in love with Arie instantly and Quinn too。 These two are so opposite yet once they warmed up to each other…well the sparks。 I felt all the feels in this story。 Some how I just could relate to both characters throughout the whole book and the ups and downs of there relationship。 I really needed this quick sweet read to bring me back to life after the holidays。 Oh and this one has a little bit of holiday mixed in which makes it This was such a cute, fake relationship, slow burn YA romance。 I fell in love with Arie instantly and Quinn too。 These two are so opposite yet once they warmed up to each other…well the sparks。 I felt all the feels in this story。 Some how I just could relate to both characters throughout the whole book and the ups and downs of there relationship。 I really needed this quick sweet read to bring me back to life after the holidays。 Oh and this one has a little bit of holiday mixed in which makes it the perfect read for January! Some of my favorite things in this book was Arie miss saying another characters name, on purpose, all the time。 I loved that! And almost any scene with Cruz in it。 I hope we get Cruz’s story soon, I have a feeling it will be full of emotions and such a good read! 。。。more

These two are so oppositely perfect for each other and it makes the story flow at such a quick pace you can’t put it down。 Quinn is a beautiful but shy drama nerd secretly in love with her best friends twin。 Arie is the popular basketball jock whose just found himself at the wrong end of a breakup。 They make an agreement to fake date to help each other but fake isn’t always so easy。 There’s emotion and heartache, a lot of growing (cause they are in high school), some friendly banter and backup a These two are so oppositely perfect for each other and it makes the story flow at such a quick pace you can’t put it down。 Quinn is a beautiful but shy drama nerd secretly in love with her best friends twin。 Arie is the popular basketball jock whose just found himself at the wrong end of a breakup。 They make an agreement to fake date to help each other but fake isn’t always so easy。 There’s emotion and heartache, a lot of growing (cause they are in high school), some friendly banter and backup and woven into it all is this sweet budding love that makes you smile。I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review。 。。。more

Quinn needs to learn how to recreate chemistry with the play’s Prince Charming while in front of an audience and Arie needs to focus on basketball。 Hello Dating Coach, meet your fake girlfriend! Throw in a kooky drama teacher, tons of bromance and lots of John Hughes worthy feels。 There’s also a couple bantering scene stealers in here that had me giggling every time too! The Boy Who Steals Hearts is a fun easy clean read。  Perfect for teens and tweens。 I enjoyed the connects between Quinn and Arie。 Quinn has been in love with Arie for years but he had no idea。  It's fun to watch their relationship grow from something fake (on Arie's part) into something real。   The Boy Who Steals Hearts is a fun easy clean read。  Perfect for teens and tweens。 I enjoyed the connects between Quinn and Arie。 Quinn has been in love with Arie for years but he had no idea。  It's fun to watch their relationship grow from something fake (on Arie's part) into something real。   。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 This book was so sweet! I read a lot of fake dating but this one seemed fresh。 Quinn and Arie had such great chemistry and none of their dating ever felt fake。I loved how Arie handled all of the stuff with Everly。 I love that he had the self respect to kick her to the curb and not let her play with him。 I fist pumped for him。

This was a really cute best friend’s brother/ fake relationship story, very safe and clearly YA。 The storyline was entertaining and had a bit of high school drama but not too much。 I liked the dynamic between Arie and Quinn, they were good together。 This was a cute story and I enjoyed reading it。I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review。

Ooooo yes! This book was amazing!I loved every chapter of it。This is what I want to read, sweet love romance。 Arie is the top basketball guy, popular but a great guy。 Quinn is the drama geek and his sister’s best friend。They were so sweet together even when it was all fake。 The funny part was all the silly nicknames Arie had for Thomas。I can not wait for the next story to come! While this is the second book in the series, it's the first book by this author I've read, and it can be read as a standalone。 This story was right up my reading alley as I enjoy the best-friend's-sibling / sibling's-best-friend trope as well as fake relationship stories, and Quinn and Arie turned out to be a perfect match it was easy to root for。 I thoroughly enjoyed this cute, light-hearted story, it made me smile (and occasionally laugh out loud), and the "chemistry" lessons were absolutely s While this is the second book in the series, it's the first book by this author I've read, and it can be read as a standalone。 This story was right up my reading alley as I enjoy the best-friend's-sibling / sibling's-best-friend trope as well as fake relationship stories, and Quinn and Arie turned out to be a perfect match it was easy to root for。 I thoroughly enjoyed this cute, light-hearted story, it made me smile (and occasionally laugh out loud), and the "chemistry" lessons were absolutely swoon-worthy, Towards the end, I found the story to be dragging a bit, when both Quinn and Arie suffered from a case of "just talk to each other, dagnabbit"。 I'm definitely looking forward to reading more - both in this series and by this author in general。 4。5 / 5 cute, funny, and swoony stars 。。。more

I received this ARC in exchange for an honest reviewThis book was a classic popular guy and theatre geek YA novel and it was really clean。 I have been reading a lot of serious novels these days so honestly the timing of this book was perfect。 It was very light。 I cannot say it had broken any clichés and I might be reading too many YA’s but a lot of them shadow very serious teenagers who grow and mature a lot but I can’t say this book was any same。 I could even predict the dialogues so it was THA I received this ARC in exchange for an honest reviewThis book was a classic popular guy and theatre geek YA novel and it was really clean。 I have been reading a lot of serious novels these days so honestly the timing of this book was perfect。 It was very light。 I cannot say it had broken any clichés and I might be reading too many YA’s but a lot of them shadow very serious teenagers who grow and mature a lot but I can’t say this book was any same。 I could even predict the dialogues so it was THAT predictable, and wouldn’t necessarily say that it was a bad thing because I needed a light and quirky read and this book was exactly that。So Quinn is the daughter of a very famous actress and she has had a long time crush on her best friend’s twin brother, Arie who is a popular guy and plays basketball。 Arie has never noticed her and only sees her as his sister’s best friend。 She is recruited as the lead of the play aka the Cinderella and she is down in the dumps because she aspires to be a director and not the lead and she does not know how to act/ fake a romanceArie is in a secret relationship with a girl who cheated on her。 He is heartbroken and is tired of the girls who are hitting on him because he only wants to focus on his first love- basketball。 Since Quinn is the only one who knows about his cheating girlfriend he asks her to become his fake girlfriend and offers to teach her romance。 Arie is an all-round perfect guy and I wish he had some flaws because he sounded to perfect to be true hahaIt is in dual POV。 I really loved the read。 It was nice, clean, fluffy and sweet with really less teenage angst so would defiantly recommend。 。。。more

The first thing that comes to me is 'That book was so funny' and 'Arie is such an amazing guy'。 The characterization of each and every character was perfectly written。 The story was really good too。 I was so excited to read Quinn and Arie’s story when they were introduced in The Boy I Love To Hate。 I love to read about unrequited love。 And I was rooting for Quinn from the last book in this series。 I liked how it was really comforting to read in the holidays。 Quinn is a wallflower who has the big The first thing that comes to me is 'That book was so funny' and 'Arie is such an amazing guy'。 The characterization of each and every character was perfectly written。 The story was really good too。 I was so excited to read Quinn and Arie’s story when they were introduced in The Boy I Love To Hate。 I love to read about unrequited love。 And I was rooting for Quinn from the last book in this series。 I liked how it was really comforting to read in the holidays。 Quinn is a wallflower who has the biggest crush on Arie, her best friend, Avery’s twin brother。 Quinn is casted as Cinderella in the Winter Play Event which she had auditioned to direct。 Being a wallflower, it is difficult for her to be in the spotlight。 Arie, a senior, twin to Avery, is the Captain of the school's basketball team。 He has a secret and he also needs a fake girlfriend to keep all the girls away from to him so that he can concentrate in his game。Arie agrees to be her dating- coach if she becomes his fake-girlfriend。No swearing。 C and W Level- 1 RomanceI bet everything that we are going to see Avery and Cruz's story next。 I would be happy just to get a book though。 I got an ARC!!This is my honest review。 。。。more

I loved the ice skating, Princess Bride, stars scenes! But all of it was awesome! I loved Quinn and Arie together, they were so sweet with one another 😍。 And that was before Arie even realized he liked Quinn as more than a friend。Quinn has been in love with Arie, her best friend’s twin brother, since she first layer eyes on him their freshman year。 So when he suggests that she fake date him and he’ll coach her on romance, she thinks she’s dreaming。 But in the end she agrees, with the impossible hope that as she gets to know him better her crush will go away。 Unfortunately for her, it only intensifies。Arie doesn’t really know his twin sister’s best friend well, but when she witnesses his embarrassing end to a secret, she’s the only one he feels he can turn to after lying to his friends about it。 When Quinn brings up her worries over her role in the Winter Play, he wants to help her。 And that’s when he comes up with an idea that could help them both。 Quinn and Arie can fake date to keep the ladies from bugging him during basketball season, and in return Arie will teach Quinn how to convey romance and interest for a play she was cast in。 What Arie didn’t realize was that he would enjoy the time they spent together, and that he would fall for her。Will either of them open up to the other about their feelings? Will there be any misunderstandings before they get the chance? You should definitely read and find out their love story 🥰 。。。more
